Azuri Towers: Mixed-use luxury Highrise In Eko Atlantic City

The Azuri Office Tower recently commissioned is located in the Marina District of the Eko Atlantic City and comprises of three towers. The 3 Towers (Azuri ONE, Azuri TWO and Azuri Offices) will include 7-bedroom villas on the top floors, 6-bedroom penthouses, 2 and 4-bedroom apartments and prime office space.

The Marina District of the Eko Atlantic City is planned to be a mixed use luxury community and projected to have a handful of prime projects and the Azuri Towers is one of such.

Last month, the West Marina District of the Eko Atlantic City was officially commissioned. The event had some political heavy weights like the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, former Lagos State Governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Also at the event was the CEO of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, Access Bank CEO, Albert Wigwe.

With completion date slated for 2022, the Azuri Tower is certainly commanding some interests. Below are key facts to know about:

The Azuri project is being sponsored by Eko Development Company, designed by Genslar while its execution is been overseen by ITB Nigeria. This essentially means that ITB Nigeria and Genslar are the main contractors and architects respectively.

ITB Nigeria has a formidable track record as it has undertaken some notable projects like the Eko Tower, Lagos Continental Hotel, Kings Tower and Alpha One

The Azuri Office Tower is the first of three Towers scheduled to be completed and will commence operations by December, 2021.

The residential towers are expected to be completed by 2022.

Beneficial occupancy according to Eko Atantic City will commence on the 12th of December, 2021. It is expected to have 28 floors and about 27,000sqm of office space with a four floor parking space.

Azuri One and Azuri Two towers together will offer up to 130 residential apartments and this will include 3 and 4 bedroom apartments along with 6-bed penthouses

All towers have a complete 60 degree views which means that none obscures the other.

When completed, one of the residential towers will be the tallest residential building in Nigeria.
