Adron Homes and Properties Ltd is the leading Pan African real Estate company in Nigeria with Regional Offices in over 48 Locations in Nigeria and West African Countries. Due to business expansion and strategic resolutions, the company is seeking to recruit highly exceptional, very competent and proficient staff into the following job roles:-
1. GROUP HEAD, ESTATES AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Core Functions/Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Adron Homes Estates Pan- Nigeria and other serviced apartments or residences.
- Provide overall leadership and administrative functions to ensure standardisation and smooth administration of the Estates in accordance with rules and regulations governing the Estates.
- Maintain the beautification of the estates and its layout.
- Coordinate production and ordering of signs, tenant Identification, etc.
- Maintain contact and other databases for company. Ensure that files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy
- Provide professional leadership to ensure regular supply ofpower and energy utilisation in the Estates accordingly.
- Take responsibility for the profitable and proper administration of the facilities withinthe Estates.
- Efficient and effective manpower utilisation of the Estate Staff
- Ensure that there is 24-hour emergency coverage for the properties at all times.
- Conduct periodic Inspections of the entire estate and buildings to ensure compliance with agreement and the proper upkeep of the estates.
Requirements/Experience/Qualifications 10-15years cognate work experience in Real Estate Management; B.Sc./HND Estate Management/Town Planning. Relevant professional certifications is critical to this job role.
- LEGAL OFFICERS
Core Functions/Responsibilities:
- To provide legal advice, representation and related services for Adron Homes & Properties Ltd. In relation to property and Lands.
- Ensure the implementation of legal framework and their compliance.
- The Legal Officer is tasked with keeping records of legal document of thecompany, advice the company on legal issues, prepare as well as modify where necessary legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on all acquisitions: using oral or written platforms, legalofficers will be expected to brief team of staff members on legal issues, potentialliabilities and possible courses of actions.
- Process documents, any sort of legal work involves a great deal of paperwork, and the job of a Legal Officer is no exception.
- Legal Officers will frequently need to write and review acquisition documents, contracts, agreements, stock certificates and more.
- Identify risks and perform research, it’s up to the Legal Officer to continuously research legal resources such as articles, regulations, codes, statutes, judicial decisions and more.
Requirements/Experiene/Qualifications: 3-5 years cognate work experience in similar job position; B.L, L.L.B. Other relevant professional certifications are necessary for the role.
3. GROUP HEAD, LAND ACQUISITION AND PLANNING
Core Functions/Responsibilities:-
- Oversee the entire process of acquiring land, including planning, budgeting, negotiating and closing the deal.
- Conducting land analysis, market research, and feasibility reports.
- Negotiating land acquisition contracts and processing applications and permits.
- Communicate with legal services Directorate and other Directorates oncases of strategic importance.
- To advocate on behalf of the company to Government Agencies and other organisations.
Requirements/Experience/Qualifications: 7-10years cognate work experience in similar job position; B.Sc./HND Town Planning; Estate Surveyor, Land Surveyor.Relevant professional certifications is critical to this job role.
