Esv. Dele Olaiya founded Dele Olaiya & Associates ten years ago and has made a huge positive impact within the Industry.
Esv. Ayodele Israel Olaiya is the Principal Partner of Dele Olaiya & Associates – a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He holds a Mini MBA from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) and is an alumnus of the Pan-Africa University, Lagos Business School, Owners-Managers Program (OMP15), he also holds a certificate in Real Estate Finance from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, USA. He is also a member of Halifax Chambers of Commerce.

He is a former member of (MCPD) and has attended both local and international training and Workshops. Esv. Olaiya is a serial entrepreneur with businesses spanning Real Estate, Consulting, Construction, Cement distribution among many other business interests. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is also a licenced REALTOR®️ in Canada and practice with RE/MAX NOVA. He is a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers (FCIA), also a Fellow of the Professional Excellence Foundation of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a member in the faculty of Facility Management, International Facility Management Association’s (IFMA),Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors &Valuers. He is also a former member, National Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD), a member of the THINK TANK Committee of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and a Director at Triple C Company Limited.
Esv. Dele Olaiya started his career at Demola Adetola & Co, where he was employed as an estate surveyor at Jide Taiwo & Co. Esv. Dele Olaiya held sway and became Head of the Letting Department at the Lagos, Head Office, where he cut his teeth as a thorough-bred professional with a high level of integrity.
In search of his Golden Fleece and quest for new challenges, Esv. Dele Olaiya resigned gracefully from Jide Taiwo & Co and joined Intercontinental Homes Savings and Loans Plc. where he rose through the ranks to be the Head of Marketing. He held this position for 4 years and was nicknamed ‘Midas’ being the bulwark of the marketing division of the establishment, with a knack for exceeding sales targets and registering ‘high net-worth’ clients at the snap of his fingers and with his usual broad smile.
On 24th December 2010, he resigned gracefully, to set up his own Real Estate firm. Esv. Olaiya is an undisputed and skilled professional still in the prime of his age and career. He is happily married with children.
