Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of T-Pumpy Concept, a reputable real estate company, has urged the people of Ekiti State and Nigerians in general to consider venturing into real estate as a means to curb crime and unemployment, particularly among the youth.

In a statement issued in Ado Ekiti, Adaralegbe encouraged young individuals to join the industry, emphasizing the positive impact it can have on keeping them occupied and contributing to the nation’s economic development.

Highlighting T-Pumpy Concept’s commitment to delivering superior value in design, quality, and services, Adaralegbe positioned the company as a progressive property developer with a global reputation. Since its establishment in 2009, the company has focused on the sale of lands and estate plots, employing innovative off-site home designs and constructions.

Adaralegbe assured prospective homeowners that T-Pumpy Concept is geared towards meeting their needs in the year 2024. He emphasized the company’s dedication to providing affordable housing solutions while maintaining high construction standards.

Reflecting on the achievements in 2023, Adaralegbe credited the company’s success to feedback from subscribers and outlined plans to extend their operations to other towns and villages, offering more opportunities for the less privileged to own land and build homes.

In a plea to government authorities, including Ekiti State Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji and President Bola Tinubu, Adaralegbe requested a considerate approach to land ownership regulations, urging against imposing stringent conditions that may hinder the less privileged from acquiring property in 2024.

Additionally, he called on government officials and tax collectors to exercise civility in their duties, emphasizing the importance of a respectful and understanding approach while enforcing directives. As T-Pumpy Concept envisions a year of growth and expansion, Adaralegbe’s counsel underscores the potential for real estate to not only address housing needs but also contribute to social and economic stability.
