TETFUND: Lagos State University Invites Contractors for Library Development Tender

- Supply of Various Library Books
- Supply of Various Library Equipment
Who Can Apply?
Lagos State University is seeking reputable, competent, and experienced contractors to submit their bids. Interested parties should prepare to meet specific eligibility requirements, which include:
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- A valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.
- Pension Clearance Certificate (for companies with 15 or more employees).
- Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate (for companies with five or more employees or those with an annual turnover exceeding N50 million).
- Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate.
- Registration on the National Database of University Contractors, Consultants, and Service Providers.
For those supplying equipment, a Letter of Authorization from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) is also required.
