How to Participate
Interested bidders can collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Office of the Polytechnic Librarian upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000 per lot. This fee is payable to Anambra State Polytechnic via Fidelity Bank.
Submission Details
Bidders must submit their proposals by November 11, 2024, at 12:00 noon. All submissions should include both technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes.
The technical bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this tender, bidders must meet several criteria, including:
- Evidence of incorporation and tax clearance certificates.
- A sworn affidavit confirming no conflicts of interest.
- Documented evidence of similar projects completed in the past five years.
