The Finery is an experiential Office Resort Centre that actively promotes creativity, profitable commercial activities and championship. The work spaces are specially designed for corporate organizations looking for flexible short, mid, and long-term office suites and work stations for their business needs.

The use of shared Reception and Front Desk Services.
The use of shared male and female restrooms on the ground floor.
Cleaning services for both internal and external areas.
Access to on-site Facility management and maintenance team.
Access to drivers lounge/ waiting area.
The use of shared recreational/lifestyle facilities such as: Outdoor (pool side) sit-out area,
the Garden (comes at a separate charge), Community activities and collaborative business classes
encouraging personal and executive development.
All utilities (Electricity and Diesel)- In the absence of power from the grid (EKEDC),
the generator would run from 6am – 9pm daily.
Provision of 24hrs x 7 days Security (Professional guards) and Access control/CCTV system.
