- Lot SP 4: Laboratory, classroom, and office equipment/furniture for Adult Education/Home Economics Education Building.

Eligibility Requirements

- Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Income Tax Clearance Certificate valid until December 31, 2024.
- Pension Clearance Certificate (for companies with 15 or more staff).
- Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
- A sworn affidavit disclosing any potential conflicts of interest.
Bidders must also provide evidence of previous similar projects completed in the last five years, along with a company profile and CVs of key staff.
