SmartCity PLC is calling on qualified firms and consortia to be part of an exciting opportunity to develop housing and infrastructure at HazanaCity Osogbo—a modern, sustainable community that blends comfort, innovation, and eco-friendly design.

The project spans across residential, commercial, and infrastructural developments, offering categories such as:

  • Residential units for retirees, professionals, and the elderly.
  • Commercial technology hubs with offices and conference facilities.
  • Essential horizontal infrastructure, including drainage, power systems, and landscaping.

Eligible applicants must meet specific financial and technical requirements, with submissions due by Friday, February 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be evaluated under a Private Sector Participation (PSP) scheme, with profits shared between developers and SmartCity PLC.
