Renting in the Lekki axis: a Castles Lifestyle guide

As one of Nigeria’s fastest growing locations, the Lekki axis has seen a lot of development and growth. For many it is their dream location to buy a house or apartment while for others who cannot afford it, renting is another option. The next question from members of this group is “how much does it take to rent a house in Lekki?”. The simple answer is that it depends. There are many zones within the axis and many differentiating factors. For instance, a flat in a gated estate may rent for as much as 50% higher than a similar flat in the same location but is not in a gated estate.
