The Ministry of Niger Delta, which was recently scrapped and renamed Ministry of Regional Development, in pursuit of the implementation of some of its capital projects in the FY2024 Appropriation Act, has invited reputable contractors or suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) and bids as applicable for the execution of the following procurements:

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CENTRE PROJECT IN ABUJA
ALP Professional Services Limited, on behalf of its client, is inviting qualified and interested parties to submit their qualifications for pre-qualification to participate in the design and construction of a modern Customer Experience Centre in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The selected contractor will be responsible for the entire process, from conceptual design to final construction, ensuring the centre meets contemporary standards for functionality, accessibility, and sustainability. The goal is to create a dedicated space designed to provide customers with a personated and immersive interaction with the client’s products, services, and overall offerings.

PUBLIC DISPLAY OF INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS FOR KABUSA DISTRICT PHASE 3 FCT
The Federal Ministry of Environment has announced the twenty-one (21) working days public display on the draft EIA report submitted by the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) for the following construction activities: road networks and river crossings (culverts and bridges); stormwater drainage system; installation of sewage networks; water supply, distribution networks, and reticulations; electricity distribution networks and telecommunication duct in 915.5 Hectares Kabusa District, Cadastral Zone C12 of the Federal Capital City (FCC). The aim of the project is to open up Kabusa District in order to reduce accommodation pressure and infrastructure needs of the FCC.
