- A certificate from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Proof of income tax clearance for the last three years.
- A Pension Clearance Certificate for companies with 15 or more employees.
- Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
- A valid Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate.
- Audited accounts for the last three years and a reference letter from a reputable bank.
These requirements are designed to ensure that only capable and reliable contractors are considered for this important project.
Submission Details
Interested bidders must submit three technical bids packaged in sealed envelopes addressed to the Registrar at IMT, Enugu. Each submission should clearly indicate “YEAR 2022/2024 (MERGED) TETFUND ANNUAL INTERVENTION” along with the lot number and description.
The deadline for submissions is set for 12:00 noon on Monday, October 28, 2024.
Opening of Bids
The technical bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline at the Council Chamber of IMT, Enugu, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
