EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO FINANCE, DEVELOP, BUILD AND SELL ULTRA-MODERN SHOPPING COMPLEX WITHIN BENIN CITY, EDO STATE, UNDER PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP)
PREAMBLE
Edo State Development and Property Corporation (ESDPC) invite interested Real Estate Developers with a proven track – record of performance in developing commercial building to indicate interest by submitting EOI documents for the development of an Ultra-Modern Shopping Complex within Benin City, Edo State.
SCOPE OF WORKS
Prospective developers are now invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI) in the property. Details are as stated below;
- Location: 3RD East Circular Junction, Benin City, Edo State
- Land Size: The land measures approximately 6,500.943 square meters
- Proposed development; Commercial development optimizing the potential of the location.
Interested developers should send an email titled “Ultra-Modern Shopping Complex @ 3rd East Circular Junction to edpa@edostate.gov.ng or write a letter to us with documents listed under the “General instruction” below.

NOTE:
- Please note that all submissions made are confidential and primarily meant for a pre-qualification stage for selecting developers towards the request for proposals.
- The selection criteria would be based strictly on evidence of financial capability, credible track record of executing development projects, relevant development experience, key resource persons and registration with appropriate government and professional agencies.
