Osun Advocates Expansion of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Branches
Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has expressed his desire for LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc to broaden its presence in the state. The governor made this appeal during a meeting with the bank’s management, headed by Chairman Dr. Adebayo Jimoh and Managing Director Dr. Adekunle Adewole, held in Osogbo on Wednesday.
Adeleke specifically commended the bank for its proactive step in establishing branches in two previously unbanked communities within the state. He noted that the expansion of branches would not only support but also complement the state government’s initiatives aimed at fostering economic activities and development, particularly among the rural population.
Acknowledging the bank’s growth, Governor Adeleke highlighted the commendable progress achieved since LivingTrust Mortgage Bank became privatized. He praised the bank’s management for the rapid advancements made and, in particular, commended them for their outreach efforts in establishing branches in two rural communities.
“I must commend the bank’s management for the rapid growth the bank has recorded, especially since it was privatized. I must equally commend you for establishing branches in two rural communities,” the governor remarked during the meeting.
