After great deliberation, thorough vetting and selection process, award-winning architects, ECAD Architects, were picked to design this magnificent beauty to grace the Oniru, Victoria Island neighbourhood. For the piling of the Paramount Twin Towers, we worked with Trevi Contractors, a seasoned piling company that specializes in Bored & Trelicon pilling. Trevi has worked on several major projects in and outside the country such as the reconstruction of the Lagos – Badagry Expressway and the Cerulean Tower by Grenadines Homes, Victoria Island Lagos. Trevi described the drilling of each Paramount pile to a depth of 45 meters with a 2,000mm diameter to support and sustain the building structure.

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, erratic forex prices and inflation, the piling works were completed in record time. Today, the substructure construction is at 95% completion, with the focus now shifting to the formwork and the first-floor slab.
With the substructure nearing completion, the formwork, which is the temporary structure used to support the building’s concrete during construction, is currently being installed, and the first-floor slab is scheduled to follow. Today, the project is taking shape, and with the substructure almost complete, it’s only a matter of time before the building becomes a reality.
