There are currently opportunities for companies with experience in the provision of maintenance services in the Real Estate industry to work with leading petroleum exploration company, Shell Nigeria Exploration Company Limited as facility Managers and support service providers for real estate projects in Lagos and Abuja.
The tender opportunities are for 1. Integrated Facility Managment Services and 2. Professional Real Estate Consultancy Services including:
Architectural services
Quantity Surveying Services
Property Valuation Services
Civil and Structural Services
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services
The contract which is scheduled to commence in Q4 2022 will run for 36 months with a one year extension option.
Details
1. Integrated Facility Management
The scope is to carry out both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on (SNEPCO) Real Estate Infrastructure in multiple locations and ensure at least 99.99% system availability in all locations.
To be eligible for the tender exercise, interested contractors are required to be pre-qualified as essential service vendors in the Facilities Management, Energy/Electrical Power Supply Services, Gas Turbines, HVAC/Refrigeration System, HVAC Equipment and Accessories, Freshwater Treatment/Desalination Systems and Accessories.

2. Provision Of Support And Professional Services For Real Estate Projects
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this includes
a. Specification development, enquiries, evaluation and placement of long/lease orders with vendors
b. Project services and management support including cost, planning and related project services
c. Follow-on Engineering and Construction support services
d. Information management and business support services, including document management, archiving and control
e. Site supervision services
f. QA/QC Services
g. Professional Real Estate Consultancy Services including:

Civil and Structural Services
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services

To be eligible for the tender exercise, interested contractors are expected to be pre-qualified ass essential service vendors in the following category
3.01.01- Project Administration Services.
