Fashola signs 1000 Certificates of Occupancy

The Honourable Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN has signed
1000 Nos. Certificates of Occupancy (Cof O) in respect of Federal Government Landed Properties nationwide.

In a Public Notice signed by the Permanent Secretary and published in Thisday Newspapers on Wednesday 16 February 2022, the affected lessees/allottees are advised to contact the Director/HOD, Lands and Housing Development Department, Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, Headquarters, Mabushi, Abuja on Telephone No.: 08078755620 for the necessary title perfection processes leading to the collection of the Certificates of Occupancy.
