United States Embassy Abuja seeks for a building maintenance company

REQUEST FOR QUOTES – PR10594995- SOLICITATION FOR A BUILDING MAINTENANCE COMPANY

DUE: MARCH 22, 2022

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a qualified building maintenance company to provide maintenance services on one of the Embassy residences in Abuja using the attached Statement of Work, (SOW). You are invited to submit a quotation if interested.

LOCATION:
➢ Plot 1129, Durumi District, Abuja
DESCRIPTION:
➢ The Route 66 compound consists of 32 units of 3-bedroom apartments,
28 units of 4-bedroom townhomes and 6 units of 5-bedroom
townhomes.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line; copying Abujaprocurement@state.gov
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
The shall be a walk through at the location on March 17, 2022, interested vendors should send a name of their representative to AbujaProcBids@State.gov, copying Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later March 15, 2022.
Deadline for offer submission is March 22, 2022
